You must have prior success selling products/service to resistant decision makers in a competitive marketplace.  You must excel at finding and closing new business, developing long-term relationships and succeeding in upselling/cross-selling and asking for referrals from existing clients.  You must have a proven track record of success, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and think quickly on your feet.  You must be an effective communicator, control ones emotions, be goal oriented, and be committed to ones success. Experience in selling for 3-5 years, consultative selling, solution selling.  You must have previous earnings of at least $75,000.

Account Manager: Digital

The Prosper Group is in the need of a full time Account Manager to be located in our Indiana or Alexandria, VA office.  This person would serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, determining the objectives of each client, develop a plan to execute against them, ensure expectations are set and met, and leverage client satisfaction into future revenue opportunities.

Account Associate: Digital

The Prosper Group is in the need of a full time Account Associate through the November 2012 Elections.  This person will be located in our Indiana office.  This person would assist our Account Managers with email blasts, data compiling and analyses, report generation and website updates.

Web Designer: Photoshop Comp Creation

The Prosper Group is in the need of independent contractors (with the possibility of an eventual full time hire) on an ongoing basis to create unique designs for political campaigns and advocacy groups. You will be provided with a site outline, text, pictures and other assets and will be expected to create a visually pleasing Photoshop comp of a home and interior webpage. Upon receiving client feedback, additional revisions may be necessary before your deliver a final design as a layered Photoshop comp. Communication through Basecamp, instant messenger and/or phone will be required. Non-disclosure and non-compete agreements may apply.

Intern

The Prosper Group is looking for individuals who are seeking college credit and are interested in working with a fast-paced political consulting firm. Depending on the situation, the internship may be paid. This will be a great learning experience and ideal for a college student looking to work in the online field and get a taste of today’s political communications.
