If you read my subject line, you know I have some exciting news to share with you.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – The Prosper Group announced today that it led the pack in online advertising at the 2020 Reed Awards, bringing home top honors in three categories. 

The Reed Awards are hosted by Campaigns & Elections, named after the journal's founder Stanley Foster Reed. Along with the American Association of Political Consultants' Pollie Awards, the Reed Awards are considered the preeminent awards in the political communications and public affairs industries.

Here at The Prosper Group, we are proud of the successful, award-winning digital campaign we designed and executed - in coordination with Georgia-based Parlay Marketing Partners - on behalf of the Kemp for Governor campaign in the 2018 election cycle.

We were hired early on in the race, and the going was not always easy.

We're all hearing a lot more about them, which leaves many asking - what exactly IS a chatbot?

A chatbot is a tool that allows us to put automation to work through Facebook Messenger, in order to interact in real time with Facebook fans; with the ultimate goal of driving action, collecting voter information, and delivering rapid-response replies to common keywords such as "volunteer."

While use of chatbots has become somewhat common in the corporate world, the utilization of chatbots in politics had been, to our knowledge, extremely limited.

These days nearly every campaign - from the most local of races up to national campaigns for President of the United States - uses email to one degree or another for small-dollar fundraising, grassroots organizing, get-out-the-vote efforts, and more.

That also means that politically-involved email users have inboxes that are being inundated daily, maybe even hourly, with more requests for donations and other actions than ever before.

Las Vegas, NV – Campaign and advocacy professionals from across the nation and far beyond gathered at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on Friday for the 2017 Reed Awards & Conference.

The Reeds, named after Campaigns & Elections founder Stanley Foster Reed, “embody excellence in political campaigning, campaign management, political consulting and political design.”

The awards ceremony was held Friday evening following a full day of panels and roundtables. The Prosper Group was up for awards in thirteen categories for its work in 2016.
