Lauren Hathaway is a Managing Director at The Prosper Group. She is a Tennessee native who began her career in the office of Congresswoman, now U.S. Senator, Marsha Blackburn (R-TN). She later joined the Marsha for Senate Campaign, where she served a key role in delivering award-winning digital fundraising and social media strategy.
Lauren went on to serve as the on-the-ground embed Digital Director for numerous campaigns in recent election cycles, working on federal races and everything from statewide contests to prominent local county campaigns in top-tier target states. Her on-the-ground embed background is a huge asset as she works to deliver on and enhance the personalized Prosper Group client experience.
Lauren specializes in online fundraising and grassroots social media outreach, combining her passion for conservative political initiatives and advocacy with business savvy and a digital-first strategy.
When not streaming the latest digital marketing trends, Lauren enjoys horseback riding, watching live music, spending time on her family farm, and kayaking the Buffalo River.
