Kayley Cichosz joined The Prosper Group as an Associate in January 2023, bringing with her a strong background in grassroots political campaigns and digital marketing.
After graduating from the University of Dallas with a double major in Politics and English in 2018, Kayley worked on multiple political campaigns in Texas, Virginia, and Georgia. She served as a Regional Field Director in Texas and Virginia for the 2020 presidential election.
She then took her political grassroots and management experience to the digital world, joining a political marketing agency in 2020 where she helped multiple political candidates achieve victory in 2022. She also has worked with non-profit organizations on various legislative and fundraising efforts.
Kayley is thrilled to join The Prosper Group to continue her digital marketing career and help serve political clients and bring them to victory.
She currently resides in Dallas, and enjoys kayaking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
