Cody McLaughlin

Cody McLaughlin is a Director at the Prosper Group. He leads a team of digital strategists for premiere accounts, leveraging his unmatched creativity to help campaigns from the local to the international level raise more money, sway more votes, and turn out more voters.

A battle-hardened veteran of hundreds of political, public affairs, and public relations campaigns across the country, Cody has raised millions of dollars for conservative candidates and causes, led award-winning digital first voter turnout initiatives, and led multi-state and international advocacy efforts in the energy, oil and gas, gun rights, and pro-life arenas.

Before joining PG, Cody served as the Director of Campaigns for Go BIG Media, where he led a broad range of political and public affairs campaigns—advancing conservative causes everywhere from Congress to state legislatures to town councils and everywhere in between. Cody also currently serves on the board of the Alaska Outdoor Council, the state affiliate of the NRA, and served on the board of the New Jersey Outdoor Alliance, where his efforts taking on the state's liberal Governor over a controversial wildlife conservation issue and reopening parks during the COVID crisis earned him national recognition.

Cody is an avid sportsman and award-winning conservationist who spends as much time in the outdoors as he can spare chasing bears, salmon, ducks, and more. He lives in Alaska with his partner, Amanda, their four kids, and his beloved village rescue Alaskan husky and forever adventure buddy Stormy.
